2025 Seniors Festival in Cowra

The 2025 Seniors Festival in Cowra will be held from Monday 3 March to Sunday 16 March 2025.

With a jam-packed program of events running over the two weeks, there's something for everyone!

Some of the highlights include:

• Monday 3rd March – Seniors Festival Opening Day at the Cowra Aquatic Centre with a free morning tea and giveaway bags! 
• Tuesday 4th March – Cowra Cemetery Tour with the Cowra Family History Group
• Wednesday 5th March – JOHN WOOD AND DAVE ALLEN “OUR ROCK AND ROLL JOURNEY”, a free music concert at Club Cowra with morning tea included.
• Saturday 8th March – Movie Afternoon with a screening of Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy at the Cowra Civic Centre.
• Sunday 9th March – Lachlan Valley Railway Heritage Train Rides at the Cowra Rail Heritage Centre. Seniors ride free! 
• Monday 10th March – High Tea @ CINC (Cowra Information & Neighbourhood Centre)
• Tuesday 11th and Thursday 13th March - Lunchtime Theatre at Club Cowra with the Cowra M&D
• Wednesday 12th March – Annual Seniors Community Luncheon hosted by Cowra-Grenfell Meals-on-Wheels
• Wednesday 12thMarch – Library-Up-Late Author Talk with Nicole Alexander at Cowra Library

• Sunday 16th March - 17th Great Annual Seniors Trivia Challenge at the Cowra Bowling Club

There will also be special sessions at the Cowra Library, craft workshops, morning and afternoon teas, and much, much more!

Many events are free or low-cost, however, bookings are essential for most events, so please check the booking requirements in the program and get in early.
